  • If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, or like things are falling apart, it’s probably a good time for therapy. Therapy can help you navigate life’s daily problems in a way that feels more manageable. If you’re ready to try something new, now’s a great time to schedule a free consult call!

  • Use the contact form, or contact me directly, and together we’ll schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to see if we’re a good fit for each other!

    If we are, we can schedule your first session. If not, I’ll provide you with some referrals to other therapists who might be able to better meet your needs!

  • Unfortunately I do not at this time.

  • All of my sessions are done virtually.

  • At the moment, I’m only licensed in D.C., MD, and VA. If you’re not physically present in one of these areas at the time of our session, we’ll have to reschedule.

  • In our first session, we’ll get to know each other better. I’ll ask questions to get to know you as an individual and to see what your goals are.

    In the following sessions, we’ll target specific concerns and you’ll learn new coping skills to help address these as you go.

    Throughout our work, we’ll be collaborating to find the best path forward.
